looking for plans for a wool picker

Hi all! My wonderful super excellent husband has agreed to make a wool picker for me and one for my friend. This was a great plan until we went to find plans for one and have been thwarted at every turn. Does anyone know where to find plans online?

I found mention of a book that had plans in it but haven't been able to find a copy of the book.
