Instructions for a Brio or Liy Table loom

I am considering buying either a small Brio loom or a small Lily table loom so I can find out if I will enjoy weaving as much as I think I will with out alot of outlay. How ever the looms I am considering do not have instructions. Does any one out there know how to acquire instructions either or both of these looms.
