A single which is under-spun can have more twist added to it. Just put that bobbin on your lazy kate, put an empty bobbin on the wheel, tie on your under-spun single, commence spinning. You will probably need to adjust your wheel so that it takes it up fast to avoid over-spinning it. A plied yarn that needs more twist in the singles will need to be un-plied and the singles re-wound on bobbins before they can have more twist added. If your single are OK and you need more twist in the plying just follow the directions for adding more twist to a single and make sure you are turning the wheel the correct direction. Good luck.
