She sent me a registration form in order to register my loom ($8 fee)
Also she has referal service ($5 fee) of other owners that can help restore use loom.

I have just today gotten this info so I am not sure how valid etc this is but she E mailed me back right away.

My problem is the only number on the loom is 4110.
I dont know where to find serial number or model number. If someone can tell me where to look it would be great.
