I think I have a weavers' scarn. Does it have three long boards with holes in them held together with two boards? Do the holes appear to have space for metal or wood pins to hold bobbins?
I got my scarn with two old looms from Nova Scotia. The only other one I have seen is in the Ephrata Cloister Museum in Ephrata, PA. I never knew it was called a scarn. Please reply if anyone knows more about this. Thank-you Marty
