Hi all! First time poster here, but hoping that you folks could help. I've ALWAYS been interested in spinning (to the point that, at age 7 I tried to shear a lamb skin my grandparents brought us from Australia so I could spin the wool). I worked at Greenfield Village for a season and learned to drop spindle, but never got the experience of spinning on a wheel. I know there are many different forms of spinning equipment, but I'd like to learn more about it. But I have NO idea where to find lessons in my area (Williamston/Okemos/E.Lansing). Can anyone help me? Thanks!
