I had a Kessenich purchased from them when they were in Wisconsin. It is an excellent loom well built and very nice to look at also. They stand behind their equipment and are a helpful family. As to the back pain I think a certain amount of stretching and bending will come with any loom but the loom I had had removable beams and you could get quite close for threading. Enjoy.
