Hi, It looks like you have spent a lot of time perfecting your plans. I've also been putting together some plans for a drum carder and I wanted to ask you where you will be ordering the carding cloth, and how much they are asking for it? That's the one big expense in my plans. I'm also using extra wood that I have around the house. I plan to stop by our local recycle store to see if they have any inexpensive item with a handle to attach to my carder for turning the drum.
