Mostly just declaration of status - and a lot of patience!!!! Our group prefers to remain a group of spinners. I do belong to another Guild. And it is very large and fairly old. It's rules are very ridged due to age and number of members. The rules are carved out according to happenings within the group and activities the group participates in.
