I just found a small (16") loom at an antique store and bought it in hopes of figuring it out. It has a small tag on the side that says " Lily Mills Co. Shelby, N.Y." Got a few books out on looms, but none seem to be on what i have. Everything seems much more elaborate. I would love any tips or help i can get!
