I have woven a few blankets for my grandchildren and, because they are hard on things and their mother doesn't have time to hand-wash, I've begun using acrylic yarn. I realize this is not "approved of" by serious weavers, but it works for me. However, I'm having trouble keeping the weft ends from coming out when I re-weave them back into the fabric at the end of a color. With wool, they stay in fine. Does anyone know of a way to keeps these ends from coming out?
