LOCATION - BILLINGS, MONTANA
Union Loom No. 36 for sale, $250.00
- Will not ship.
- Purchaser must pick up.
This Union Loom No. 36 by Union Loom Works, Boonville, New York, from the 1940s has been owned by Mom since the early 1960s. She acquired it from a friend whose father used it. Mom made rag rugs on the loom as a hobby.

The loom is in good condition, has 410 heddles, is threaded and ready to go, has a rug on it already woven which she will remove and keep when she finds a purchaser. She is willing to give explanation on how to thread the machine, how to use it.

Comes with:
- original instruction booklet
- 1 stick shuttle, 28" long
- 5 regular shuttles
- 1 carpet stretcher (to keep the carpet an even width as you are weaving with the machine).
- extra warp, but not enough to re-thread the machine
- approximately 200 pounds of boxes of "rags that are ready for ripping and to be sewn together". These are sheets, bed spreads and clothes, washed and folded, all seams removed.
