Hi. I did check the catalogues at home, and LeClerc makes them. Check with your closest weaving or spinning supplier, if they carry that brand.
It listed for about $12.00.
You decide how many threads you want in a fringe, divide that in half, and twist one or more threads in each clip and then let them retwist together, making one fringe, and tie with an overhand or fancy knot. Time consuming, for sure! Hope the coat warrants that much work. Sounds like it does! Good luck.
