I'm new to this also. Just setting up my refinished Union Rug Loom. There are alot of articles on the web about this. Use your search engine (dogpile.com is good) and put in rag rug, or rag rugs, or rug loom or Union rug loom. Read all these articles and I suggest finding a used loom to start with. You are going to need a rug loom, instructions for setting up and using the loom, rag shuttles, warp yarn, rags already ripped or ready to rip, and time.
