Wow, I have just replaced my treadle cords, upper and lower cords with brand new ones and what a difference. I made sure they were all the proper lengths. The shafts line up perfectly. The rollers run as smooth as silk and all my treadles are tied and even. Now, when I press a treadle, and release, all the shafts return automatically and smoothly to their base. My Fanny is working like a charm. I hope that this discussion will assist others out there! Onward Weaving! Thank you, Elaine
