Hmmm, I think you may have solved a bit of a mystery for me. Maybe that will make a big difference. As I said before, I just received this loom and well, the farthest right and left treadles are not tied up(there weren't any cords that came with it) I have the 1&2,2&3,3&4,1&4 tie up. S-o-o-o-o, maybe, just maybe, that might be the solution to this Gloria. Included in my order to Leclerc, I have coming 12 new treadle cords. I am so very greatful for your interest Gloria. I was so pleased to find this site and can't believe how helpful it has been. I was a little hesitant to post my question, but boy am I relieved now. For now, I think I will look around the house for some similar cord to try and tie up the other treadles to see if they make a bit of a difference. I will let you know how I make out ok.
