I would guess no, on the Kia. I've worked with the Add-A-Harness Macomber with just 4 harnesses and it is not only big, but heavy. It took two fairly strong people to move one. Even if you turned it into a kit by removing every piece of hardware, I'm thinking the basic pieces will overburden your car and you couldn't shut the door.
Could you rent a trailer?
