I also recently bought a spinning wheel from a husband/wife team living in Holland. They said the wheel was in excellent working condition although it was about 20 years old. It was a Louet look-alike. When I got the wheel it had multiple problems including a warped wheel, problem with the footman connector, wrong drive band, bent lazy kate, rust and a few other issues. I still haven't got it to work. I complained when the told me to spend a 2nd $70 for shipping just to get my money back (spend $70 + 70 to get $130 back!). After about a week of deciding the wheel can't be fixed they finally offered to send me a Louet if I paid for half it's shipping (another $35 over the $200 I had already given them). I did so as it seemed the only thing to do to get a wheel. They sent me a working S10, but it couldn't be any uglier and hard to tredle (at least for me as I'm disabled with a pain disorder). Thot I'd add my 2 cents in case we have a problem with a suppier. They also told me they'd never had a complaint before mine.
