Newcomb also made the Studio Art loom for Sears as the Fairloom. I have one of those. You can get details on weaversfriend.com on the manufacturer and some instructions.

I assume you are looking to purchase this item. If so, take a look at the castle (the tall center with the harnesses). See if there is any warp to the side boards. Mine was sitting warped and tied up for a number of years in an Ohio basement. The two side posts are slightly warped due to the pull of the lines going to the treddle levers. Some of it has pulled back out but I do have a slight rub on the beater bar. Also, check out the reed because a 45" reed isn't cheap!
