I just bought the same loom on Friday. It is a 6 treadle loom. If you look at the weaver's friend website, she has the instructions available. It is also the same as a Newcomb Studio Art as they made them for Sears.
If you want to contact me off list, I might be able to help as I've the instructions that came with mine but they aren't very instructive!
