Hello - I hope this does not post twice! I lost my message last time because of a slip of the fingers...

I am about to put my warp on my warping board - all handspun mohair for a large (kingsized) bedspread someone ordered. I DON'T WANT TO MAKE AN ERROR.

It will be 120 inches by 120 inches (size of spread - woven on my 5 foot wide loom - in two pieces - and pieced in the middle.)

Going by the "book" - I measure my warp yarns 120 inches and add 36 inches (one yard) for take up, etc. So, ultimately, each warp yarn will be 156 inches. Tell me, please -- Am I correct?

Blessings and so glad I found you!

alexandra
