HELP! I have a Glimåkra Ideal. Have been weaving a couple of years, and now, all of a sudden, have run into a complete brain dead time. Why are the jacks and harnesses collapsing when the adjustment pins are removed? What on earth am I doing wrong?? Have been through the tying up at least 6 times. Currently using 4 harnesses and 2 treadles. Am totally stumped. Thanks for any ideas to correct so I can go back to enjoying...
