sounds like it may be a bailey. they used a lot of the green steel in their looms. - The bailey loom that i am familiar with is a rehab loom that our art center got from a hospital and so i don't know much about it. good luck with your search and i hope you can find parts. the pulley system on ours was never set up at the art center because i don't think it is all there either.
