I bought a S10 spinning wheel on ebay about a month ago. The nut and washer that connects the foot treadle to the wheel keeps coming off after only a few spins of the wheel. I wrote Louet technical support, then sent them a picture of the hole in the wheel which the bolt goes through in which the wood is disintigrated. They've been writing me back with ideas as to what the problem may be and how to go about fixing it. This is a wheel that is from the 1980's. They could easily just have blown me off. I thought I'd let others know what great customer service they provide. I consider this a superb reason to buy their products.
