I just bought a small spinning wheel at an auction and I intend to teach myself how to spin; however, I know something is missing. The cord or cable that goes around the wheel is missing but I don't see where to attach it. There is a flat block on a spindle at the back of the wheel. Can someone tell me what is missing? I want to get it operational. I can take a digital picture and send it if that would help. Thanks for your help.
