I don't know anything about Mr. Cooper's wheels but I'd be a little careful about signing a contract that requires a large deposit (50%) in advance. Mr. Cooper even asks for an additional 30% when he feels that he is 60% finished with your wheel. I can understand someone asking for a small good faith deposit to insure that their customers are serious about ordering their products, but i think that this is excessive. It's particularly excessive when you consider that on some of his wheels, you might have to wait up to a year after you send him a $500 deposit.
