It's a Scandinavian brand (I think Finnish) of looms similar to Glimakra. I think the correct spelling is Varpapuu. No one that I know of is importing these into the US and don't think they have a website either. They are quite popular in the UK; check www.theloomexchange.co.uk for some pics and info on used ones.
