I bought a book on this, but I have found that you can just spin it straight from the animal. Fluff it a bit to remove some of the dirt and dust and then spin it. It will have to be spun tighter since it does not have the barbs like wool. Wash it after you ply it. Keep me informed on how it goes. Kay
