September 27th - 29th (Mon.-Wed) I am offering a 3-day weaving class designed for beginning weavers and those needing a refresher class on how to weave in Crossville, TN (just off I-40 between Nashville & Knoxville). The class costs $225.00 and is all inclusive (except for a minimal fee for supplies). The food is great and the accommodations are air-conditioned dorm-style rooms. All equipment and materials are furnished or you may bring your own if you like.
You have your choice of three projects: A rag rug (25" x 42"), a thick wool fleece rug made from cream-colored roving (26" x 36") or 4 cotton towels in various colors and structure.
The class size is limited to 6 students. A $50 deposit received by September 1st will hold a spot for you. The balance is due on the first day of class (Sept. 27th).
This is a very fun and laid-back class on a beautiful campus in the country. The class is wrapped up by 3-4 pm on Wednesday.
