Hey, try your local library. Mine has numerous weaving book and one had a plans for making a warp board. I could send you the dimensions on my Leclerc warp board. I would not make it any larger than 28" tall and 38" wide, and I would use 3/4 dowels for the pegs. It is easy if you have even a little woodworking skills. It doesn't have to be pretty, just funtional. Kay
