I bought an old wheel this weekend. It has "Whitehorse Mountain Woodworks, Green Springs, West Va." on the bottom. Is anyone familiar with this wheel? I want to sell it and need to now the value. If you have one, let me know if the small wheel at the top that puts more tension on the drive band is used to increase or decrease the draw in of the fiber? Thanks, Kay
