Am looking for the plans to build a spinning wheel out of old bicycle parts. I know there is something out there for those of us who can't afford the fancier ones. I even found an old thread in another message board where someone found a pamphlet on how. Does anyone have the information anymore? My sister is driving me nuts wanting one and I need to find the plans so she can have what she wants, just to get some peace.
