Sallie,

Not to worry about finding the instruction manual for that particular loom, although to address your original question, you might be able to get a copy of the manual from weaversfriend.com, for a small price. You may do just as well getting yourself to a public library or a bookstore, where in the craft section, you could likely find a book to help you to identify the type of loom, and likely find the information you need to learn the basics of weaving with your type of loom. There are also pamphlets and manuals for various types of looms in the electronic archives of the University of Arizona, at http://www.cs.arizona.edu/patterns/weaving/monographs.html. These are older instructional materials, but the rudiments of handweaving have not changed a great deal over the last hundred years. The information is in pdf format, and easily downloaded, or can be read online. Your internet browser can also be a great way to search the internet for bits and pieces of information as well.

Best wishes!
Angela
