Hi dear
the following yarn faults may effect the appearness of fabric:
1): Haireness
2): Count variation
3): Open end yarn is mostly manufactured using high %-age of waste, and uses the poor cotton quality.
4): Long thick and thin places, slubs
5): Low strength and str CV%, causes high breakage
on loom or warping and this high breakage is also effect the fabric quality.
