Patrick Green of Chiliwack, BC makes all kinds of carders, including the powered "Cottage Industry Carder". I don't know how much they are and he doesn't seem to have a web page - that I have found.
I plan to buy a drum carder and picker from him and eventually the cottage industry one. My Mom has his drum carder and loves it. I think he's on Chilliwack lake road if you want to look him up.
