I will be a first timer with a counterbalance loom. I have put most of the loom together but have either made a grave error with the 'hanging rods and ties' that attach to the top of the harnesses and then by connection attach to the top of the loom- or I do not know how to tie up the treadles. I tried to attach harnesses 1&3 to one treadle and then 2&4 to the other (like my small jack loom) the harnesses are still askew and when I press down on one treadle the other one bangs into the lams. Any ideas or links to info on the web?
